Occasional newsletter of Prague Pride z.s. informs about the activities of the association in accordance with its articles of association and events and events related to the purpose of the association.

Sending and receiving the newsletter is made on the basis of an agreement between the association and you, the customer, according to which the association provides the customer with free information in the form of a newsletter and the customer requests and accepts this information.

By starting a newsletter subscription by providing your contact details, you sign an agreement to send and receive a newsletter with the association. You can complete the agreement and thus subscribe to the newsletter by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter footer or sending an email with this request to bohdana@praguepride.com.

In order to fulfill the agreement, the association processes your personal data within the scope of your email address. Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of providing information free of charge in the form of a newsletter, in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data. Your personal data will be processed only for the duration of the agreement, that is, for the period of the newsletter. Based on the General Privacy Act, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer personal data and the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
