During lockdown, the British Council’s weekly Conversation Club has been a great way for people to make new friends while practicing speaking real English in a natural, relaxed and engaging way.
On the occasion of Prague Pride festival, the British Council offers a FREE Conversation Club hour.
No matter your level of English, nationality, gender or sexual orientation, all are welcome at this inclusive event. Whilst experienced and professional English teacher will be on hand to guide and help you should you need it, British Council hopes that the event will be more than a free English lesson. The aim is to provide not just an opportunity for practicing your English, but also a safe space for people to discuss LGBTQ+ issues.
The event is guided by Jaime Lilley, a Teacher and Trainer with almost 20 years experience in helping learners (and teachers) reach their goals.
The conversation takes place only in English and won’t be translated or interpreted.
